We provide knowledge and trust to support a programme of capacity building which addresses local issues and links the cultural resources of the UK with those in the Western Balkans.
We work with training providers, educational institutions and cultural organisations to meet global demand with a supply of skilled and talented individuals. We facilitate policy dialogues, courses and apprenticeships that inspire change and enable a sustainable sector worldwide.
In order to support the developing the creative sector in the Western Balkans which is creating more and more employment / engagement opportunities for young creatives, this strand of our work provides specific skills and knowledge to individuals in partnerships with their potential employers in the creative industries.
