Creative Leaders Mentorship Programme

The Creative Leaders Mentorship Programme, implemented by the organisation Creative Mentorship as part of the Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans (CC4WBs) project funded by the European Union, brought together 25 professionals from across the region to strengthen their capacities in leadership and innovation in the cultural and creative industries.

Running from December 2023 to December 2024, the programme paired each participant with a dedicated mentor and provided a customised educational component tailored to their needs. An added value of the programme was the Educational Programme, designed based on the mentees' needs, which enabled them to acquire specific knowledge and tools for further professional development. Through one-on-one mentorship, peer learning, networking and collaboration, as well as continuous support from the Creative Mentorship team, participants reported enhanced professional skills, greater confidence, and deeper regional connections.

This programme aimed not only to support individual growth but also to reinforce regional cooperation and long-term resilience in the creative sector.
